  • What are reward / loyalty points?

    HeyOmni Rewards is a membership platform and a keep-safe for all your digital loyalty cards with all listed HeyOmni merchants. Each merchant will have their own membership program and loyalty points that you can earn to redeem rewards.

  • How do I collect points?

    By shopping at one of our HeyOmni merchants. Simply leave your phone number or unique member ID with outlet staff / eCommerce admin after paying your bill. Please note that you will need to register for a HeyOmni account first.

  • How do I redeem rewards?

    Simply visit merchant outlet/website and scan the QR Code or access provided link to view merchant’s loyalty program reward redemption catalogue. Select a reward and generate redemption code for merchant verification.

  • How do I register for an account?

    You will need an active local phone number and email to register with HeyOmni. We are currently only open to Malaysia, more countries to come soon.

  • Can I transfer my loyalty points?

    No, you will not be able to transfer your reward points to another user nor another merchant's membership account. Loyalty points earned are only applicable to specific merchant & merchant's chain of businesses. Your memberships are attached to your registered email account and phone number, for your individual use only.

  • I did not receive my loyalty points.

    HeyOmni is not responsible for distributing merchant loyalty points to your account. Any error or disputes should be resolved with our merchant partners directly. Please notify our merchant partners that you have not received your loyalty points; your transaction/purchase receipt may be required as proof.
